Vital Action Performance Water

If I had to make a comparison, I would say that Vital Action Performance Water is similar to Propel Fitness Water, Snapple Antioxidant Water or Glacieau Vitamin Water. Vital Action Performance Water is available in 7 colors, with each color corresponding to a particular flavor. The water comes in 20 ounce plastic bottles and a suggested serving size is 8 ounces, which contains 45 calories. Consuming the entire 20 ounce bottle would add 112.5 calories to your daily intake. I am a long distance cyclist, and burn anywhere from 500 to 1,000 calories per hour, depending on the intensity of my workout. So 112 calories is just a drop in the bucket for me.
