My husband and I plan on doing the 62 mile ride. We did this ride last year, with a few of our cycling friends, and had a great time. The 62 mile ride option starts from Barton Park and travels south along A1A to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and back. There are 4 rest stops along the way and SAG support is provided for the duration of the ride.
ABOUT LAUREN:
On April 26th of 2003 Lauren and her father were participating in the MS150, a charity bike ride, in Miami, FL. During the ride Lauren was hit and killed by a reckless driver. This ride is to Celebrate Lauren's brief life. Visit the Lauren Katzenstein Celebration Ride website for additional information.
Take care,
