I just received an email about a women's cycling clinic to be held right before the south Florida MS150 ride. The clinic is for any of the girls that are part of the zMotion cycling team. I am almost embarrassed to mention, that despite all the biking I've done over the years, I have never changed a flat tire.
Now that I have started competing in duathlons this year, I would really like to learn how to change my own tire. I just signed up to do my first half ironman duathlon, at Miami Man, on November 8th. The biking portion of that race is 56 miles long. My husband is usually with me whenever I'm riding, so he always changes my flat tires. But he's not into duathlons, so he won't be racing at Miami Man.

too funny! I have been biking for years too, have even ridden across Oregon. Never once changed a tire either.
