Getting daily exercise is one of the most important things I think a person can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I do this by going on daily bike rides around my neighborhood with my dog. We have been using the Springer Bike Attatchment, and absolutely love how safe it makes both of us feel while getting a great workout!
