, an official sponsor of the LIVESTRONG Challenge Austin for the second
straight year, is giving bikes a free ride in support of customers
participating in the year's event. The airline's standard $50 bike fee
will be waived each way for cyclists traveling roundtrip to Austin
between Oct. 21 and Oct. 28, 2009 (a). The checked bike fees will be
discounted at the airport upon presentation of the voucher, available
at WWW.LIVESTRONGCHALLENGE.ORG.
Additionally, JetBlue will have a booth at the event on Sunday, Oct.
25 and crewmembers will also be participating in the event. The
LIVESTRONG Challenge is the Lance Armstrong Foundation's signature
fundraising event inspired by hope, courage and the perseverance of

waived fee .Bicycles are not accepted on flights to/from the Dominican
Republic due to checked baggage size restrictions. Bicycles will be
accepted in a hard-sided, padded case designed for bicycles. If not in
a hard-sided case, bikes may be accepted with the handle bars secured
sideways and the pedals removed and encased in plastic foam, a
cardboard box or similar material to prevent damage. JetBlue cannot be
